Target group:
Vaccination can be given from the age of 1 year to people at risk of infection with hepatitis A and hepatitis B virus. People who will be traveling to high-risk areas should be vaccinated.

Vaccination dose:
Three doses are given on day 0, after 1 month and after 6 months.

Protection duration:
After vaccination with three doses of Twinrix child/adult, you are protected for 35-40 years against hepatitis A. For now, revaccination is not recommended. Protection against hepatitis B is presumably lifelong.
